One licence: €499 a year, for the whole company.
No free, no basic, no pro. File transfer isn't a ladder of features: it is one feature, and you either have it or you don't. You pay the licence and the real cost of your Cloudflare infrastructure. That's it.
The two parts of the price
You know one of them upfront. The other is the real infrastructure cost, passed through with no markup.
All-in-one licence — €499/year
A single tier for the whole company: every feature, activation of your dedicated instance, domain and branding, updates and support. Not per user, not tiered, not by volume. Unlimited senders and recipients.
Cloudflare costs, paid upfront and drawn down
An upfront amount against your instance's Cloudflare usage — R2 storage, operations, hostname — drawn down at real cost, with no markup. Egress (download bandwidth) on R2 is free, so this stays low and predictable.

Why a single tier
Tiered file transfer plans aren't there to make you pay a fair price. They are there to get you in.
Look at any price list in this category and you find the same ladder: a free tier to make you try, an entry level that raises the gigabytes without removing the constraint, a Pro tier where the features you needed all along have been moved, and a Team tier that brings the per-seat bill back. That isn't segmentation, it is a funnel: every step exists to make the one below untenable.
The paradox is that the core function — take a file, send it to someone, know whether they downloaded it — is identical at every level. What changes is how long they let you keep the file and how many people are allowed to send it. Two limits designed to be sold.
| The tier game | What it promises | What it is actually for |
|---|---|---|
| Free plan | “Try it, it's free” | Getting you to upload your first file and build the habit. A few gigabytes, a few days, and the certainty you'll soon need more. |
| Entry / Starter plan | “The first step for frequent senders” | The step that makes the limit obvious: more gigabytes, often the same expiry as the free tier. Its job is to show you the tier above. |
| Pro plan | “The serious features” | Where the things you needed from day one have been parked: long expiry, branding, tracking. In other words, the product. |
| Team / Business plan | “For working as a team” | The per-seat bill returns: price starts growing with headcount again, not with usage. |
| Express | One licence | Every feature, from day one, for the whole company. No ladder to climb. |
What the licence includes
Everything. There is no lesser version.
- Dedicated, isolated instance: an R2 bucket and a D1 database reserved for your company.
- Unlimited senders and recipients: no seats to buy, no ghost accounts to deactivate.
- Link validity you choose, 3 to 90 days, regenerable on a file already uploaded.
- The file stays: expiry kills the link, not the document. It is deleted only when you decide.
- Folders and search: a tidy repository, not a history of transfers.
- Branded download page: logo, colours, banners, popups and corporate news.
- Your domain, admin access via corporate SSO, download tracking.
- Updates and support for the whole licence term.
The full comparison with WeTransfer, SwissTransfer and Smash lives on the transfer lifetime page.
What you do not pay
- No monthly fee
- No per-user cost: unlimited senders and recipients
- No bandwidth cost: egress on R2 is free
- No upgrade to buy in order to unlock a feature
Want the instance on your own Cloudflare account? That works: same software, the only difference is that infrastructure costs land on your Cloudflare invoice instead of ours. It is not a higher tier, it is a deployment option — if you need it, we'll cover it in the demo.

Pricing questions
How much does Express cost?
The licence is €499 a year, a single tier, for the whole company. On top of that you pay an upfront amount against your instance's Cloudflare usage, drawn down at real cost with no markup.
Is there a monthly fee or a per-user cost?
No to both. There is one annual licence plus the real consumption of the infrastructure. Senders and recipients are unlimited: the price does not grow with headcount.
Why is there no free or basic plan?
Because in file transfer entry-level plans are not there to give you less: they are there to get you into the funnel and then walk you up it. There is one product, and you get all of it.
What does 'Cloudflare costs paid upfront' mean?
You pay an upfront amount against your instance's usage (R2 storage, operations, hostname), drawn down at real cost. Egress on R2 is free, so it stays low — you can see real figures on the running costs page.
Can I have the instance on my own Cloudflare account?
Yes. It is not a higher tier but a deployment option: same software, but infrastructure costs land straight on your Cloudflare invoice.
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes, physically: each customer has dedicated R2 and D1, not a shared area. It is infrastructure-level isolation, not just logical.
